Nursing staffs, paramedics, and lab technicians from nations in Africa and SAARC would be able to obtain on-the-job training thanks to the efforts of SEOK to place them in hospitals in India. The pilot program for SEOK is scheduled to begin in 2021 and will involve participants from Bangladesh receiving training in one of Kolkata’s major hospitals. The leadership team at SEOK is excited about expanding into further Asian and African markets. According to SEOK, expanding one’s horizons requires that one retain an up-to-date knowledge of the state of the art in technical innovation. It is SEOK’s intention to expand its on-the-job development programs of new technologies for technicians and medical professionals, and they plan to do so for both the home market and the international market. In a healthcare facility, the operational and marketing teams are the ones who truly keep the wheels on the bus, despite the fact that nurses, EMTs, and lab techs are absolutely necessary to ensure a seamless operation of the facility.
